Return & Refunds
We have a hassle free return policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you can return the product to our delivery boy and for the amount of the goods returned the following adjustments will be given
1.   If Payment Mode is Online – Then Credit will be given for the amount of the goods returned and will be credited to customer account on the site. This can be used by customer to pay subsequent shopping bills.
2.   If Payment Mode is Cash on Delivery – Then there is no need to pay the amount of the goods returned hence no question of refund arises.
3.   If Payment Mode is Wallet – Then Credit will be given for the amount of the goods returned and will be credited to customer account on the site. This can be used by customer to pay subsequent shopping bills.
4.   If Payment Mode is Loyalty Points – Then Credit will be given for the amount of the goods returned and will be credited to customer account on the site. This can be used by customer to pay subsequent shopping bills.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case for the amount of the goods Cancelled/Rejected the following adjustments will be given
1.   If Payment Mode is Online – Then Credit will be given for the amount of the goods returned and will be credited to customer account on the site. This can be used by customer to pay subsequent shopping bills.
2.   If Payment Mode is Cash on Delivery – Then there is no need to pay the amount of the goods returned hence no question of refund arises.
3.   If Payment Mode is Wallet – Then Credit will be given for the amount of the goods returned and will be credited to customer account on the site. This can be used by customer to pay subsequent shopping bills.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
If Customer wants his/her returned good amount to be refunded
If customer does not want to buy further from company website then customer can contact to our customer Care Center for the refund request. On creation of refund request, the amount of returned/cancelled/rejected goods will be refunded to customer bank account within next 7 working days only if the customer had used the Online Payment mode for the order cancelled.
